Abstract:
A steam electric iron comprises a casing, an ironing board, a heating device, a water tank and a water pump. The ironing board is mounted at the bottom of the casing. The heating device is mounted on the ironing board and the bottom face of the ironing board forms an ironing face for ironing clothes. The ironing board is provided with a steam forming chamber which includes a water inlet and steam spraying holes formed on the ironing face. The water inlet of the steam forming chamber is connected to the water tank by a water guide pipe and via a water pump. Furthermore, a motor for driving the water pump is comprised, and the water tank is separately positioned out of the casing. The iron is convenient to operate, and reduces labor, provides continuous, forced and uniform sprayed steam. The water tank is separately positioned out of the casing, so that the volume of the water tank can be designed relatively large if necessary, and the iron does not need to add water frequently and is acceptable for a clothing store.
