Abstract:
A steam-heating device 1 is equipped with: a supply pipe 11 which is connected to a jacket portion 21, and supplies steam to the jacket portion 21 in which the steam is condensed and an object to be heated is heated; and a vacuum generation unit 15 which is connected to the jacket portion 21 through an exhaust pipe 12, and brings the interior of the jacket portion 21 into a vacuum state by a sucking action. The steam-heating device 1 is equipped with a control unit 35. During the initial stage of operation, the control unit 35 performs an initial operation in which the vacuum generation unit 15 is driven and the steam with a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure is supplied to the jacket portion 21. When the interior of the jacket portion 21 is brought into the vacuum state, the control unit 35 performs a normal operation in which the vacuum generation unit 15 is continuously driven and the steam with a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure is supplied to the jacket portion 21.
