Description:
STEAM-OPERATED CLOTH

Technical Field:

This invention relates to a steam-operated cloth usable for cleaning of surface without using any chemical cleaning agents.

State of Art:

Nowadays, cleaning of surfaces such as carpet, glass, wood or fabric-coated furniture, floor and the like are performed by means of devices generally removing stains on said surface by using proper chemicals or detergents and then preferably absorbing the same.

Machines used for the purpose of carpet cleaning may constitute an example for this. These assemblies have two main disadvantages. Firstly, they have bulky and complicated structures, and secondly they have requirement for using a chemical substance. In our day, with the aim of enhancing the quality of cleaning, as an alternative to chemicals such as detergents, devices operating with pressurized water vapor method are used. By means of these devices, it was aimed to prevent formation of various problems relating to the effect of chemicals on human biology in long term, and to render cleaning procedure more effective due to the high temperature value of water vapor.

As vapor has a certain level of pressure and temperature, it causes stains on the surface to be loosened and softened after surface emission, thereby performing the first stage of cleaning. In the second stage, stains are removed from the surface with a second apparatus. The apparatus defined here is independent of the device, and is an object necessary for completion of the cleaning procedure.

In the utility model application numbered TR200301843 “A steam-operated cleaning apparatus for domestic use” is disclosed. The invention is a steam-operated apparatus performing the surface cleaning procedure with vapor obtained by heating the water placed inside, characterized in that it comprises a water boiling chamber inside which water is placed, heating means connected to said water boiling chamber for boiling the water, at least one vapor collection volume constituted for directing the vapor produced on said chamber to a certain point without spending any additional energy, and vapor dispatching means, inside said chamber, constituted for directing the vapor collected inside said at least one vapor collection volume towards the outside of the chamber to be applied onto the surface to be cleaned again without spending any additional energy.

In the utility model application numbered TR201300411 “A cleaning cloth assembly” is disclosed. The present invention relates to an assembly constituted by attaching cleaning apparatuses to the mouth thereof, presenting a more effective cleaning solution by collecting vapor and other components from the surface by the cloth along with emission of the vapor from the mouth of the cleaning apparatus to the surface. Due to the ability of the cloth to be moved away from the apparatus mouth easily enables a user to realize the cleaning procedure with or without cloth.

In the aforementioned utility model applications, steam-operated cleaning machines are disclosed. Said products are used for cleaning of wide surfaces. Area of utilization for said products is limited. Said products operate with the logic of a vacuum cleaner. Moreover, said products are costly.

Consequently, a novel technology is required that can overcome aforementioned disadvantages, has a practical use, can clean without using any chemical substances, can remove stains in a short time, is incapacious, has a solid structure, and is safe and cost-effective.

Definition of the Invention:

The invention is a steam-operated cloth capable of overcoming the aforementioned disadvantages, being a novel technology that has a practical use, can clean without using any chemical substances, can remove stains in a short time, does not occupy a big place, has a solid structure, and is safe and cost-effective.

The product of the invention has a practical use thanks to the design thereof. With the product of the invention, surfaces can be cleaned without using any chemical cleaning substance. The cleaning cloth is moistened with spraying method in the product of the invention. The moistened clothes are inserted into the product of the invention. The inserted clothes are heated with the boiling water inside the product. The clothes heated for 5 minutes exactly are removed from the product. The surface to be cleaned is cleaned easily without needing any chemical cleaning agents. The handle portion in the product of the invention should have a bendable structure.

Cleaning duration is shortened with product of the invention. Also, stains are removed from the surface with less force application with the product of the invention. The water placed into the water chamber of the product of the invention is expanded with boiling. The expanded water is converted into hot water vapor. The clothes are heated with this hot water vapor. The product of the invention has a safe structure thanks to the design thereof. The product of the invention is a practical incapacious product. The product of the invention has a low cost thanks to the design thereof. The product of the invention is automatically shut down with a signal after the completion of heating period of 5 minutes, or consumption of the water inside the chamber.

It is easily assembled thanks to easy fixation of the pieces constituting the invention, and costs are lower thanks to the shortness of assembly duration. Also, the invention has a robust structure. The product of the invention made of stainless steel interior including the screws and also the exterior part has been made high quality plastic material.
