Abstract:
A steam utilization system of a concrete pipe pile production factory, comprising: a steam conveying device (1), a steam curing pool (4), a plurality of reaction kettles (5), a steam generation device, a first steam distribution cylinder (F1), a first booster (S1), a second booster (S2), and a blowdown flash tank (6). A high-pressure steam inlet (F10) of the first steam distribution cylinder (F1) is communicated with the steam generation device; a first booster first steam inlet (S11) is communicated with a first high-pressure steam outlet (F11) of the first steam distribution cylinder (F1); a first booster second steam inlet (S12) is communicated with the steam conveying device (1); a first booster steam outlet (S13) is communicated with a steam inlet (51) of each reaction kettle (5); a second booster first steam inlet (S21) of the second booster (S2) is communicated with the first steam distribution cylinder (F1); a second booster second steam inlet (S22) is communicated with the blowdown flash tank (6); a second booster steam outlet (S23) is communicated with the steam curing pool (4); a steam inlet (61) of the blowdown flash tank (6) is communicated with a steam and condensate water discharge port (52) of each reaction kettle (5); and a steam outlet (62) is communicated with the second booster second steam inlet (S22) of the second booster (S2).
