Abstract:
Disclosed is a steaming and grilling combined machine. By arranging a vessel (2), an accommodating cavity is divided into a steaming area (1a) and a grilling area (1b), the steaming area (1a) and the grilling area (1b) work independently, i.e. steaming work is carried out inside the steaming area (1a), and grilling work is carried out inside the grilling area (1b). By means of the arrangement, two different ingredients can be respectively processed in the steaming area (1a) and the grilling area (1b) at the same time, such that the defect of low working efficiency caused by a single cooking function of a kitchen appliance is effectively solved. In the steaming and grilling combined machine, steam inlet holes (21) are arranged at a position close to a bottom wall of the vessel (2); and due to the fact that steam per se moves upward, more steam can act on the ingredients inside the vessel (2) by means of the arrangement, and effective availability of the steam is guaranteed.
