Abstract:
A steel bar cutter for building construction, comprising a base (1), a water spray controller (2), a fixed plate (3), a sheet (4), a push rod (5), a fixed seat (6), a mounting body (7), a protective cover (8), a handle (9), a switch (10), a motor (11), and a saw blade (12). The water spray controller (2) comprises a controller housing (201), a deceleration motor (202), a screw rod (203), a driving wheel (204), a water pipe (205), a driven wheel (206), a bevel gear (207), a belt pulley (208), a belt (209), a transmission wheel (2010), a rotating shaft (2011), a stop block (2012), a mounting seat (2013), a nozzle (2014), and a rotating rod (2015). When the saw blade (12) produces a lot of heat, the deceleration motor (202) can be started to drive the screw rod (203) to rotate, then to drive the driving wheel (204) to rotate, and transfer kinetic energy to the driven wheel (206); by means of the structure of the driven wheel (206) and the bevel gear (207), the rotating rod (2015) obtains kinetic energy to rotate, and drives the belt pulley (208) to rotate; the transmission structure of the belt (209) enables the transmission wheel (2010) to obtain kinetic energy, and the transmission wheel (2010) drives the rotating shaft (2011) to rotate; during the rotation, the stop block (2012) moves to the right, so that the inside of the water pipe (205) is unblocked, allowing a water flow to pass to be sprayed out from the nozzle (2014) to cool the saw blade (12).
