Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of steel bridge fatigue crack monitoring, and particularly relates to a steel bridge fatigue crack monitoring device, comprising: a sliding guide rod; a positioning mechanism having a first position buckle, wherein there are at least two positioning mechanisms, the first positioning buckles on the two positioning mechanisms are sleeved on the sliding guide rod, and the bottom parts thereof are fixedly connected to a steel plate surface at a fatigue crack; and a monitoring mechanism having a second positioning buckle and a TOFD probe, wherein the second positioning buckle is sleeved on the sliding guide rod, the TOFD probe is connected to the second positioning buckle, and the bottom parts of two TOFD probes are in contact with the steel plate at two sides of the crack. The present application monitoring cracks in real time by means of the positioning mechanisms and the monitoring mechanism provided on the sliding guide rod. By means of providing a plurality of monitoring devices at the two ends and the middle of the crack, the changes in the length and depth directions of the crack may be monitored, thus implementing real-time dynamic tracking of cracks in the steel bridge, and improving the durability and operational safety of the steel bridge. Further set forth in the present application is a steel bridge fatigue crack monitoring method.
