Abstract:
A steel coil saddle having a strip tail pressing mechanism, comprising a saddle body (1) and a strip tail pressing mechanism (2). The strip tail pressing mechanism is fixedly arranged on the saddle body, and the strip tail pressing mechanism comprises a first lever assembly (21) and a second lever assembly (22); the first lever assembly comprises a first pressing portion (211), a first swinging portion (212), and a first rotating shaft (213); the first rotating shaft is located on the saddle body, and the first pressing portion and the first swinging portion are arranged on two sides of the first rotating shaft and can respectively rotate relative to the first rotating shaft; the second lever assembly comprises a second pressing portion (221), a second swinging portion (222), and a second rotating shaft (223); the second rotating shaft is located on the saddle body, and the second pressing portion and the second swinging portion are arranged on two sides of the second rotating shaft and can respectively rotate relative to the second rotating shaft; the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion are located on the side where the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion are close to each other; a steel coil (3) is arranged on the first pressing portion and the second pressing portion; and the strip tail of the steel coil is located on the first swinging portion or the second swinging portion. The saddle can automatically press the strip tail of the steel coil and prevent the strip tail of the steel coil from hanging down and affecting strapping.
