Abstract:
Provided are a steel groove embedded knee joint osteotomy positioning and guiding system and press fit system, and a method thereof, comprising: an osteotomy guide plate body (2) provided with several guide holes (21), wherein the osteotomy guide plate body (2) can be fixed to a knee joint bone by means of fixation of fixing members passing through the several guide holes (21); and several groups of guide steel grooves (7), wherein the several groups of the guide steel grooves (7) are embedded and fixed inside the several guide holes (21) in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The technical problem that because guide columns and guide holes (21) of an osteotomy guide plate in the prior art are difficult to achieve expected rigidity and wear resistance, the operative risk caused by movement of the osteotomy guide plate is increased is solved.
