Abstract:
Provided are a steel pipe-cement composite pile formed with low disturbance and a pile forming method therefor. The method comprises the steps: after determining the position of a pile foundation, drilling a hole and forming a vertical slurry pre-hole in a soil layer; completing replacement of slurry with cement in the slurry pre-hole; lifting and lowering a steel pipe into the pre-hole; fixing and firmly pressing the lowered steel pipe, and waiting for the cement to solidify and a pile to be formed; removing surface soil, removing cement from the pile top to a design height, and removing a hanger for subsequent use. The present invention has a simple construction process, there is a smaller required investment in construction equipment and personnel, and it is further guaranteed that a pile forming process is economical and efficient; also, the construction procedure causes very little disturbance to the surrounding environment, and same is particularly suitable for a supporting body that has a relatively strict vibration control requirement.
