Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of the stripping of encapsulation layers. Disclosed is a steel pipe encapsulation layer stripping method. The method mainly comprises six steps: step I, pre-stripping of a left encapsulation layer; step II, pre-stripping of a right encapsulation layer; step III, pre-stripping of an upper encapsulation layer; step IV, secondary stripping the upper encapsulation layer; step V, secondary stripping of a bottom encapsulation layer and two side encapsulation layers; and step VI, complete stripping of the encapsulation layers and the exposure of a pipe body. In the present invention, the steps are arranged rationally, and can be operated conveniently and efficiently, and be mastered easily. Stripping pliers are used to obtain an inner central pipe body, and the integral stripping of a relatively long encapsulation can be completed without changing the appearance of an encapsulation layer. In this way, the use performance of an encapsulated pipeline is effectively ensured, and the inner central pipe body is protected from damage during stripping.
