Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of weld joint detection equipment, and particularly relates to a steel pipe weld joint quality detection device. The device comprises an overturning mechanism, a grabbing mechanism and a weld joint detector, wherein the overturning mechanism is provided with an overturning area used for containing a steel pipe, the weld joint detector is arranged towards the overturning area and used for detecting weld joints on the steel pipe, the overturning mechanism is used for overturning the weld joints on the steel pipe towards the weld joint detector, and the grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing the steel pipe and placing the steel pipe into the overturning area. During detection, the grabbing mechanism and the overturning mechanism can cooperate with each other to grab the welded steel pipe and place it into the overturning area and fix the welded steel pipe, and automatic carrying is achieved; then the overturning mechanism overturns the steel pipe, such that the weld joints on the steel pipe sequentially pass through the position of the weld joint detector, at this moment, the weld joint detector scans and detects the weld joints, automatic detection is achieved, the detection efficiency is effectively improved, and the situation of manually missing detection is avoided; and after detection is completed, the grabbing mechanism and the overturning mechanism cooperate with each other to put down the steel pipe, manual participation is reduced, and the detection efficiency is high.
