Abstract:
Disclosed is a steel piston fixture, comprising a fixing plate (1), a rear top plate (2), a fixing base (3), a positioning plate (4), a front top plate (5), a core (6), a lower backing plate (7), and a mounting platform (8). The lower backing plate (7) is provided with a placement recess (71) fitted to the side of a steel piston; the front top plate (5) is fitted to the steel piston; the core (6) is fitted to an inner cavity of the steel piston, and is mounted in a manner of fitting to the front top plate (5); the core (6) is provided with an auxiliary hole (61) matching a hole to be processed of the steel piston; the positioning plate (4) is fitted to the steel piston, and mounted to the front top plate (5); the positioning plate (4) is provided with a processing hole (41) matching the hole to be processed of the steel piston; the rear top plate (2) is mounted in a manner of movably fitting to the fixing base (3); the rear top plate (2) is fitted to a rear end of the steel piston; the rear top plate (2) is provided with a fixing block (21) matching the fixing plate (1); the fixing plate (1) is provided with a fastening bolt (11) matching the fixing block (21). The core (6) is fitted to the inner cavity of the product, and is provided with a hole. A drill bit can be protected from collapsing, and the processing precision is improved. The lower backing plate provided in the fixture is fitted to the pattern draft of the product, which can improve the position degree of a drill hole of the product.
