Abstract:
Disclosed is a steel piston. The steel piston comprises a piston upper part (1) and a piston lower part (2). At least two symmetrical upper cross sections (11) disclosed at intervals are disposed on the bottom of the piston upper part (1), lower cross sections (21) corresponding to the upper cross sections are disposed on the top of the piston lower part, and the upper cross sections are connected to the lower cross sections in a welding manner. Also disclosed is a forming method for the steel piston. The method comprises the following steps: S1: blank forming; S2: cylindrical processing; S3: oil chamber forming; S4: forming an upper cross section and a lower cross section; S5: welding; and S6: processing after welding.
