Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a steel-plastic backplate, comprising the following steps: S1: forming an inner opening (2011) and a plastic opening (2021) at in corresponding regions of an inner metal plate (201) and a plastic core layer (202), respectively; S2: dimensions of an outer metal plate (203) all being larger than dimensions of the inner metal plate (201) and the plastic core layer (202); S3: pressing together the inner metal plate (201), the plastic core layer (202) and the outer metal plate (203); S4: placing a punch (1) in the regions forming the inner opening (2011) and the plastic opening (2021), and placing a die (2) under the outer metal plate (203) corresponding to the punch (1); S5: punching the outer metal plate (203) using the punch (1) and the die (2), forming a downwardly extending convexity (31), and performing extrusion forming on the convexity (31) to form a threaded hole (3) located within the convexity (31). A steel-plastic backplate, manufactured by the corresponding manufacturing method, comprises an inner metal plate (201), a plastic core layer (202) and an outer metal plate (203) pressed together. This arrangement develops a region for local independent material operation, removes negative effects of a plastic material, utilizes the plastic application function of metallic steel, and expands the usable space of a steel-plastic backplate.
