Abstract:
Provided is a steel plastic plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1: a first material layer formed by a first material is cut and ready for use, a second material layer formed by a second material is cut and ready for use, and an interlayer formed by a third material is cut and ready for use; S2: the first material layer is placed on a pressing machine; S3: a first polymeric film is placed on the first material layer, the interlayer is then placed on the first polymeric film, and finally a second polymeric film is placed on the interlayer; S4: a positioning module is placed to limit the position of the interlayer; S5: the second material layer is placed in the positioning module; S6: the second material layer, the interlayer and the first material layer are laminated by the pressing machine; S7: the positioning module is removed, and the steel plastic plate is formed; and S8: an end portion of a reserved part of the first material layer of the steel plastic plate is processed into a specific shape by a mould. The steel plastic plate of the present invention serves as a back plate module of a back plate, a middle frame and a front frame, and thus the middle frame, the front frame and the back plate are integrated.
