Title:
STEEL PLATFORM DEFORMATION CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPING WALL OF CORE TUBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/240813
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a steel platform deformation construction structure and method for construction of a sloping wall of a core tube, aiming at solving the problems of high difficulty and low safety in deformation construction of a core tube in the air. The structure comprises a steel platform and a steel resting rail, which is arranged between the steel platform and an external hanging frame. During pouring construction of a sloping wall of a core tube, the steel resting rail is arranged close to an inner formwork of the sloping wall of the core tube, the steel resting rail is fixedly connected to a top beam of the steel platform, and a bottom end of the steel resting rail is fixed at a top end of a straight wall of the core tube by means of a through-wall bolt. In the process of formwork lifting, the steel resting rail is fixed on the steel platform as a rail for formwork lifting. In addition to bearing horizontal loads in a pouring stage, and solving the problem of transferring the horizontal loads in a concrete pouring state, the steel resting rail can also be used as a formwork lifting rail in a formwork lifting stage, thereby solving the problem of formwork lifting.
