Abstract:
Provided is a steel sheet that simultaneously achieves a strength of TS: 1310 MPa or greater and excellent workability. The steel sheet has a specific component composition and a composite structure of primarily martensite and bainite. The amount of carbides present inside particles of martensite and bainite is 5% to 25% and the dispersion interval of the carbides satisfies formula (1).
