Abstract:
A steel sheet has a specified chemical composition and a micro structure composed of ferrite and a carbide, wherein the carbide is present in ferrite grains and on ferrite grain boundaries and, with respect to the carbide particles each having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 2.0 μm inclusive, the ratio of the number of the carbide particles present on the ferrite grain boundaries to the number of the carbide particles present in the ferrite grains at a position corresponding to 3/8 of the thickness of the micro structure as observed from the surface of the micro structure is more than 1.0, the Vickers hardness is 170 HV or less, the random intensity ratio I1 of {211} <011> is 4.0 or less, the grain diameters of the ferrite fall within the range from 5 to 50 μm, the spheroidizing rate of the carbide particles each having a particle diameter of 0.1 to 2.0 μm inclusive is 65% to 100%, and the amount of Nb in the form of a solid solution is 0.01% by mass or more.
