, the metallographic structure at a position B contains martensite at a volume fraction of not less than 90%, and the hardness at the position A is not less than 1.20 times higher than that at the position B, where the position A is at a depth of 30 µm from the surface in the sheet thickness direction, and the position B is at a depth of 1/4 of the sheet thickness from the surface in the sheet thickness direction.
