Abstract:
A steel sheet having a chemical composition comprising, in mass%, 0.030-0.200% of C, 0.050-0.500% of Si, 0.50-2.00% of Mn, not more than 0.030% of P, not more than 0.010% of S, 0.001-0.100% of Al, 0.0005-0.0080% of N, 0.0005-0.0080% of O, 0.001-0.050% of Ti, 0.001-0.050% of Nb, 0.01-0.50% of Cu, 0.01-0.10% of Mo, and 0.01-0.30% of Sn, the remaining portion being Fe and impurities, wherein the total contained amount of solid solution Mo and solid solution Sn at the surface portion of the steel sheet is 0.005% or more, the metal structure at a 1/4t positon includes 5-30% of perlite, not more than 10% of bainite, and ferrite for the remaining portion, the metal structure at a 1/10t positon includes 1-20% of perlite, not more than 5% of bainite, and ferrite for the remaining portion, the mean particle diameter of ferrite at the 1/10t positon is 5-50 μm, and the mean particle diameter of perlite at the 1/10t positon is not more than 30 μm.
