Abstract:
The present invention provides a steel sheet that has a prescribed component composition and has a microstructure in which: at a depth of 1/4 the steel sheet thickness, the ferrite percentage is 5 to 95%, the martensite island percentage is 1 to 30%, and the balance is bainite and/or tempered martensite; and as for the crystal grains that are demarcated by a high-angle grain boundary with a misorientation of 15 degrees or greater, the number density of the crystal grains that are larger than 30 μm in terms of equivalent circle diameter is 200 grains/mm2or less.
