Abstract:
A steel strip stacking device and a steel strip stacking method. The steel strip stacking device comprises a column structure, a cross beam (13), and a steel strip winding mechanism (2), wherein the steel strip winding mechanism (2) comprises a base (27) fixed to the ground, a rotating portion (23) arranged on the base (27), and a first mounting plate (21) and a second mounting plate (22) which are fixedly connected to the rotating portion (23); the first mounting plate (21) is a disc or a circular ring; the first mounting plate (21) and the rotating portion (23) are coaxially arranged; a rotating shaft of the rotating portion (23) extends in a Z-axis direction; and the first mounting plate (21), which is located on the second mounting plate (22), forms a protrusion on the second mounting plate (22), and a portion of an upper surface of the second mounting plate (22) on an outer side of the first mounting plate (21) forms a bearing area for a wound steel strip (100). The steel strip stacking device further comprises: a lifting unit (24) configured to lift a steel strip (100) located in the bearing area, such that a bottom face of the steel strip (100) is not lower than a top surface of the first mounting plate (21); and a clamping mechanism (5) configured to clamp the wound steel strip (100), the clamping mechanism (5) being connected to a second moving portion (4). The steel strip stacking device can automatically clamp a product, thereby greatly reducing the amount of labor for manual handling, improving the production efficiency, reducing the error rate of data, reducing potential safety hazards, and realizing automation and intelligentization of equipment.
