Abstract:
Provided are steel structure and concrete structure combination assembled type building wall body and building house. The assembled type building wall body comprises a wall plate body (1), wherein the wall plate body (1) is equipped with at least two structure supporting steel pipes (2) which are arrayed in the left-right transverse direction and are arranged in the up-down vertical direction and transverse tie bars (3) which are fixedly connected with each of the structure supporting steel pipes (2) in the left-right transverse direction to tie each of the structure supporting steel pipes (2) together. The building house comprises the assembled type building wall body. By the arrangement of the transverse tie bars (3) for tying the structure supporting steel pipes (2) in the wall body together, the structure supporting steel pipes (2) form an integrated structure, so that the load bearing capacity and the supporting strength of the building wall body are improved, so that the cost is reduced, and the production benefit is increased.
