Abstract:
A steel wire rope driving unit with a one-way clutch, the unit comprising a housing and a driving assembly, wherein the housing comprises a support base (1), a wire wheel base (2) and a spring cover (3), which are fixedly assembled from bottom to top in sequence; the driving assembly comprises a gear motor (4), a torque sensor (5), a driving wheel (6), a limiting block (7), a wire wheel (8), a volute spiral spring (9) and a steel wire rope (10); a bottom end of the support base (1) is fixed on the gear motor (4); the torque sensor (5), the driving wheel (6), the wire wheel (8) and the volute spiral spring (9) are horizontally arranged in the housing from bottom to top in sequence; the torque sensor (5) is connected to an output end of the gear motor (4); the driving wheel (6) is fixedly connected to the torque sensor (5); the wire wheel (8) fits with the driving wheel (6) by means of a bearing and a protruding block; the volute spiral spring (9) is sleeved on a snap-fitting column (27) and connected to the snap-fitting column (27); and one end of the steel wire rope (10) winds around the wire wheel (8), and the other end of the steel wire rope (10) extends from the housing so as to connect to a load. The steel wire rope driving unit with a one-way clutch can simulate three working modes, i.e., a concentric muscle contraction process, an eccentric muscle contraction process and a muscle relaxation state.
