Abstract:
Provided are a steering control device, a steering control method, and a steering device that put higher priority on steering through the driving force of an actuator than on steering based on the rotational operation of a steering wheel. This steering control device (100) has: a determination unit (101) that determines whether a preset condition concerning traveling of a vehicle or a state of a driver is satisfied when a power disconnection mechanism provided in a steering shaft is in a connected state; and a control unit (102) that switches the power disconnection mechanism from the connected state to a disconnected state when the condition is satisfied.
