Abstract:
A steering engine and a robot. The steering engine comprises an upper cover (1), a middle cover (2), a lower cover (3), a direct current electric motor (21), and gear sets meshing with each other. The steering engine comprises a main body (8), and a cylindrical structure (9) having a cylindrical cavity (91). The steering engine has a hinge shape as a whole. The direct current electric motor (21) is flat, and a side surface of a main body thereof is exposed outside the middle cover (2).
