A steering wheel assembly (10), used in a vehicle, and comprising: a cover (100), a steering wheel framework (200), and an elastic member (300) provided between the cover (100) and the steering wheel framework (200). The cover (100) can move towards the steering wheel framework (200) under the action of a pressure, and can return, under the action of the elastic member (300), to be away from the steering wheel framework (200); the steering wheel assembly (10) further comprises a first contact point (101) and a second contact point (201) which are respectively provided on the cover (100) and the steering wheel framework (200); when the first contact point (101) and the second contact point (201) are in contact with each other, a horn circuit of the steering wheel assembly (10) is switched on. In the steering wheel assembly (10), a horn function can be achieved by means of the two contact points respectively provided on the cover (100) and the steering wheel framework (200), thereby omitting members used for mounting some components in the steering wheel assembly; therefore, the steering wheel assembly (10) has less parts, thereby facilitating reduction of the weight and cost of the steering wheel assembly.
