Title:
STEMNESS-SUPPRESSING COMPOSITION COMPRISING OCT4 FUNCTION-INHIBITING PEPTIDE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/190066
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stemness-supressing composition comprising an OCT4 function-inhibiting peptide and, more particularly, to a composition comprising a peptide as an effective ingredient for suppressing the stemness of various stem cells such as general stem cells, cancer stem cells, and the like, wherein the peptide inhibits the function of OCT4 by inducing the phosphorylation of OCT4. OCT4 function-inhibiting peptides of the present invention are expected to find applications in various fields through the suppressive activity thereof against stemness of stem cells.
