Abstract:
[Problem] To make uniform a stent-retaining force that is stable with respect to a balloon, and a radial force that is localized even during a large diametric expansion. [Solution] A stent 100 is configured such that a second distance L2, which is the separation distance in the circumferential direction between a longitudinal endpoint of a second curved section 35 connected to a first-side end of a second linear section 34 and a longitudinal endpoint of the second curved section 35 connected to a second-side end of the second linear section 34, is longer than a first distance L1, which is the separation distance in the circumferential direction between a longitudinal endpoint of a first curved section 32 connected to a first-side end of any first linear section 31 and a longitudinal endpoint of the first curved section 32 or the second curved section 35 connected to a second-side end of the first linear section 31. At least four first linear sections 31 are arranged in a wave-shaped unit 33.
