Abstract:
Disclosed are a stent implant and a preparation method therefor. The stent implant comprises a covered stent (110) and a braided stent (120); at least one end of the covered stent (110) in an axial direction is connected to the braided stent (120); the covered stent (110) comprises a cutting stent (111) and a covering (112); the metal coverage of the cutting stent (111) is 10% to 20%; a surface of a stent rod in the cutting stent (111) is covered with a connecting layer, and the connecting layer is configured to enhance a binding force between the covering (112) and the stent rod; the covering (112) comprises two layers of first membrane material (112a); the outer-layer first membrane material (112a) covers an outer surface of the cutting stent (111); the inner-layer first membrane material (112a) covers an inner surface of the cutting stent (111); the air permeability of the outer-layer first membrane material (112a) is less than that of the inner-layer first membrane material (112a). In this way, the present invention improves the radial supporting force of the stent implant while taking into account the flexibility of the stent implant and reducing the risk of lumen stenosis or occlusion of the covered stent (110).
