Abstract:

A stepper comprising a base (200), a connecting rod (300), two pedals (400), two adjusting mechanisms (500), and two resetting mechanisms (600). Each adjusting mechanism (500) comprises a stopping element (510) and a stopping block (520). The stopping elements (510) are arranged at pedal arms (420). The stopping elements (510) are each provided with at least one first abutment surface (511). The stopping blocks (520) are provided at a preset distance from the connecting rod (300). The stopping blocks (520) are each provided with a second abutment surface (521) abutted against the first abutment surface (511) of the corresponding stopping elements (510). When either pedal (400) is lowered in the direction of gravity, the corresponding first abutment surface (511) and the second abutment surface (521) tilt in the direction of gravity to drive one extremity of the connecting rod (300), thus allowing the other extremity of the connecting rod (300) to rotate concentrically, and allowing the other first abutment surface (511) to be pushed against by the other second abutment surface (521), thereby swinging and lifting the other pedal (400).
