Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stiffener for pivot hinge coupling and a fire door in which welding is unnecessary, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, the invention enables: upper and lower end portions of a front panel and a rear panel to be bent such that the upper and lower end portions are protruded and curved; and the bent portions of said front panel and said rear panel to face each other, wherein the bent portions are overlapped by multiple stages whereby a separate stiffener and a grinding work after a welding operation are unnecessary when coupling with a normal pivot hinge, thereby providing convenience, alleviating a sense of aesthetics, increasing the elegance of design, and further, showing the same fireproof effect as the existing fire doors, and at the same time, accomplishing a superior economic efficiency by saving a manufacturing cost.
