Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stimulus generation device and, more particularly, to a stimulus generation device capable of output correction, which can automatically correct the intensity of output from the stimulus generation device, and a method for generating a stimulus using the same. The present invention provides a stimulus generation device capable of output correction, the stimulus generation device being characterized by comprising: a stimulus member having a coil (90) wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof, the stimulus member applying a complex stimulus by means of a warm-heat stimulus, an electric stimulus, and an electromagnetic stimulus while contacting or being attached to a skin; a power supply unit (20) for applying an AC current so as to generate an alternating magnetic field in the periphery of the coil (90) wound around the stimulus member; a consumed power calculation unit (40) for calculating power consumed by the coil (90); a magnetization level adjustment unit (50) for conducting a calculation so as to adjust the level of magnetization of the coil (90) according to the power consumed by the coil (90), which is calculated by the consumed power calculation unit (40); and a stimulus generation control unit (60) for generating a frequency, which is needed to treat the affected area, as a sinusoidal wave from among an alternating wave having a predetermined amplitude, a (+) half-wave, and a (-) half-wave, the stimulus generation control unit (60) conducting a control such that the intensity of output from the power supply unit (20) can be adjusted according to a change in the intensity of output from the coil (90), which is calculated by the magnetization level adjustment unit (50).
