A stirring assembly (2) and a clothes dryer (3) using the stirring assembly (2). The stirring assembly (2) comprises a stirring frame (21) of an integrated structure and a drum (22) having an opening in the front end. The stirring frame (21) is disposed in the drum (22) and can rotate relative to the drum (22). A stirring protrusion (211) used for stirring clothes to be dried is disposed on the stirring frame (21), and the stirring protrusion (211) and the stirring frame (21) are integrally formed. The stirring assembly (2) consists of two parts, the types of the parts are fewer, and the assembling is simpler and more convenient. The stirring protrusion (211) and the stirring frame (21) are fixed without needing screws, and accordingly, the production technology and the mounting process are simpler, the production and mounting efficiency is high, and manufacturing costs and manpower costs can be reduced.
