Abstract:
A stirring ball mill, comprising a stirring barrel (4); an inner cavity of the stirring barrel (4) is provided with a stirring component (8); the stirring component (8) is transmittingly connected to a driving mechanism; the upper part of the stirring barrel (4) is provided with a feed port, and the bottom thereof is provide with a discharge port (9); a bottom surface of the inner cavity of the stirring barrel (4) is a concave smooth cambered surface; and the discharge port (9) is provided at the center of the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the stirring barrel (4). According to the ball mill, the bottom surface of an inner cavity of a stirring barrel (4) is set as a smooth cambered surface so that there is substantially no dead angle in the stirring barrel (4) during stirring, and the materials are mixed more fully and uniformly; moreover, a discharge port (9) is provided at the center of a bottom (42) of the stirring barrel (4) so that discharging is more thorough, and there is substantially no residue of material, thereby improving the utilization ratio of material and the quality of product.
