Abstract:
Disclosed is a stirring device for color master batch processing, belonging to the field of color master batch processing. The stirring device for color master batch processing comprises a box body, a stirring box, a sieve plate and a drying mechanism, wherein the stirring box and the sieve plate are fixedly connected to the box body; a stirring rod is rotationally connected to the stirring box; a hollow pipe is fixedly connected to the stirring rod; an air dispersing pipe is fixedly connected to the hollow pipe; air spraying holes are formed in the air dispersing pipe; an air cylinder is fixedly connected to the box body; and the air cylinder is rotationally connected to the hollow pipe by means of an air outlet pipe. The stirring device is simple to use and convenient to operate; color master batches and resin are stirred forwards and backwards, so that the mixing efficiency of the color master batches and the resin is improved; the interior of the stirring box is uniformly dried, so that the drying uniformity is improved; and in addition, the occurence of agglomeration of the color master batches is reduced, and the color master batches are sieved, so that the use frequency of the stirring device is reduced, and the utilization rate of the stirring device is improved.
