Abstract:
A stirring knife and a food processor. The stirring knife comprises a mounting part (10) and at least one blade (30), the mounting part (10) being connected to a rotating shaft. The blade (30) is provided on one mounting side of the mounting part (10), and comprises an upper surface (31), a lower surface (33) and a side surface (35) which connects the upper surface (31) and the lower surface (33). The upper surface (31) comprises a planar area (311) and an edge face area (313), the planar area (311) being connected to the edge face area (313). The included angle α between the cutting face area (313) and the lower surface (33) is greater than or equal to 5° and less than or equal to 15°. The side of the edge face area (313) connected to the side surface (35) is recessed to form multiple edge teeth (3131).
