Abstract:
The invention discloses a stirring shaft for producing and mixing insulating paint. The stirring shaft comprises a stirring rack (1); the stirring rack (1) comprises an upper rack (11); a left side rack (12) is arranged at the left lower end of the upper rack (11), and a right side rack (13) is arranged at the right lower end of the upper rack (11); a left transverse rack (14) is arranged at the lower end of the left side rack (12), and a right transverse rack (15) is arranged at the lower end of the right side rack (13); a lower rack (16) is arranged on the upper surfaces of the left transverse rack (14) and the right transverse rack (15); a connecting shaft (2) is arranged between the upper rack (11) and the lower rack (16); the connecting shaft (2) passes through the lower rack (16); an upper stirring paddle (3) is sleeved on the upper half part of the connecting shaft (2), a middle stirring paddle (4) is arranged under the upper stirring paddle (3), and a lower stirring paddle (5) is arranged at the lower end of the connecting shaft (2); the rear outer wall of the left side rack (12) is provided with a first scraper blade (6), the front outer wall of the right side rack (13) is provided with a second scraper blade (7), the rear outer wall of the left transverse rack (14) is provided with a third scraper blade (8), and the front outer wall of the right transverse rack (15) is provided with a fourth scraper blade (9). Therefore, the stirring shaft for producing and mixing the insulating paint has the advantages of being uniform in stirring, high in stirring efficiency and long in service life.
