Abstract:
The present invention provides a stock cold-rolled steel sheet with an Fe-based coating film, the stock cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent primary rust preventive properties or excellent plating appearance. This stock cold-rolled steel sheet with an Fe-based coating film comprises: a base steel sheet which has a component composition that contains, in mass%, 0.80% or less of C, from 0.10% to 3.00% of Si, from 1.50% to 3.50% of Mn, 0.100% or less of P, 0.0300% or less of S and 0.100% or less of Al, with the balance being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities; an Fe-based coating film which is arranged on at least one surface of the base steel sheet; and a P-adhering Fe-based coating film which adheres to the surface of the Fe-based coating film, while comprising a P-containing material. The adhesion amount of the P-containing material in terms of P is 0.2 mg/m2 or more.
