Abstract:
Bleeding of air from inside of a pipe connected to a grout discharge opening of a grout-filling type rebar coupler is facilitated, and dislodging of a stop valve fit to the pipe, from the pipe, is made difficult. A stop valve (1, 101, 201) is fit to a pipe 16 connected to a grout discharge opening 15 of a grout-filling type rebar coupler 10. The stop valve 1 has a main unit 20 having a conical trapezoidal shape, and a male thread (22, 122, 222) provided on an outer circumferential face of the main unit 20. Air within the pipe 16 is bled via a root 22b of the male thread 22 of the stop valve 1. Accordingly, air is not readily retained within the pipe 18. Also, a crest 22a of the male thread 22 digs into the inner side of the pipe 16. Accordingly, the stop valve 1 is not readily dislodged from the pipe 16 when the filling pressure of the grouting material is raised.
