A storage apparatus (1), and automated vending machine. The storage apparatus (1) is a cuboid container (10) open from an upper end and having an L-shaped channel. The automated vending machine comprises a main body (2), a door (4), the storage apparatus (1) mounted within the main body (2), and a product output control mechanism (3) configured to control automated output of a product in the storage apparatus (1). A mounting portion of the storage apparatus (1) is detachably fitted to the main body (2) via a fitting assembly (21). The storage apparatus (1) is suitable for storing products, such as paper handkerchiefs, and the products are arranged vertically and stacked together without any separator between adjacent products, thus significantly improving the storage capacity. A product outlet (41) of the automated vending machine is arranged above a certain height, such that a user does not need to bend over to retrieve a product, thereby greatly improving user experience. The storage apparatus (1) can be quickly separated from the automated vending machine, such that a storage apparatus (1) can be efficiently loaded in a factory by using a machine, and replace an empty storage apparatus (1) in the automated vending machine to improve stocking efficiency.
