Abstract:
Provided are a storage device for aquafeed processing, and a method thereof; for existing aquafeed production, it is necessary to drain the water from shellfish and other aquatic organisms; however, it is difficult to filter the water from shellfish effectively by means of stirring only, and the problem affects the subsequent production process; the following solution is proposed: comprising a first box body (1); the top of the first box body (1) is fixedly connected to a feed hopper (2); a guide plate (3) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the first box body (1) located below the feed hopper (2); a first slide cylinder (4) is fixedly connected to the top inner wall of the first box body (1); a first slide rod (5) is fixedly connected inside the first slide cylinder (4); the first slide rod (5) is slidingly arranged inside a second slide cylinder (6); a crushing plate (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the second slide cylinder (6). By means of a first fan-shaped gear (10) mated with a first gear rack (9), the second slide cylinder (6) can be pushed up and down in the first slide cylinder (4), thus smashing the shellfish by means of the crushing plate, making it convenient to drain the water from the shellfish.
