Abstract:

An operation code decoder (204) which has received an access permission signal EN acquires a command, decodes the command, and transmits the decoded command to a read/write controller (206). When the command received is a write instruction, the read/write controller (206) acquires access control information from the fourth address from the head of the memory array (201). When the acquired access control information inhibits write-in, the read/write controller (206) does not transmit the write instruction received from the operation code decoder (204) to an I/O controller (205).
