Abstract:
This storage device is provided with a plurality of individually formed first housings. Each of the plurality of first housings comprises a plurality of storage units for storing articles, and a switcher that includes n first operators provided to be positionable in m different positions and is switchable to m to the power of n switched states. The storage device may be provided with an acquisition unit capable of acquiring at least one switched state of a plurality of switchers respectively provided in the plurality of first housings, and a recognition unit that recognizes physical arrangement positions of the plurality of first housings on the basis of a plurality of switched states acquired by the acquisition unit.
