Abstract:
Provided is a storage unit such that a drawer located at a high position can easily be opened and closed. A storage unit (10) comprises a drawer (12) and a manipulation implement (14). The manipulation implement (14) is a tool for opening and closing the drawer (12). The manipulation implement (14) comprises a grip section (18), a manipulation section (20) and a rod-shaped section (22). The manipulation section (20) is engaged with the drawer (12) in order to open and close the drawer (12). The manipulation section (20) is provided with a protrusion (30) formed at an end of a plate-shaped member, and a groove (32) formed by a notch in a cover covering the plate-shaped member. The drawer (12) comprises a handle (36) on the front surface thereof. The handle (36) is provided with a hole (38) which passes therethrough in the vertical direction. The hole (38) serves as a receiving part into which the protrusion (30) is fitted. The drawer (12) also comprises an extension part (34) on the front surface thereof. The extension part (34) extends the bottom surface member of the drawer (12) towards the front. The groove (32) can be fitted to the extension part (34).
