Abstract:
A store kiosk apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a customer order processing unit for processing a customer's order; and a stand on which the customer order processing unit is mounted. The customer order processing unit comprises: an identification information input unit into which identification information of the customer is input; an order information input unit for receiving order information of the customer whose identification information has been input; a memory unit for storing the customer's tailored menu information according to past order information; and a control unit which stores, in the memory unit, the customer's tailored menu information derived through machine learning for order information parameters including the past order information, and then when identifying the customer according to the identification information, reads the customer's tailored menu information from the memory unit and provides the customer's tailored menu information to the customer.
