CLAIMS

1. The rubber belts can be stored entirely by using the irrigation of the air as a result of irrigation or air flow. We can generate electricity back when we need it anywhere. Normally using rubber belt including wooden iron beam.

By loading the load, the equivalent power loading is a load of belt or buckets on the wheel to avoid power loss

2. The System as claimed in claim to give load y normal belt to the first wheel

3. The system as claimed Wooden wing iron beam has been created to load artificially on a normal rubber belt, causing a severe power over rubber belt For the prevention of energy loss

4. The system as claimed This type of stands can be made by iron beams or by construction of RCC, which is in accordance with the conditions.

5. A power storage & generating system, substantially as described here in and shown in the accompanying drawings.

Description:
Storeage of power with help of using rubber belt to regenerating of Electricity

This invention is related to storing of energy, more specifically to store wastage of energy into mechanical, electrical energy with the help of rubber belts.

More specifically this method can be applied in dams where the flow of water is more and where the excess of energy is generated than required.

The energy stored using this method during periods of low energy demand can be converted to other form of energy to meet higher demand/peak demand periods.

Description of Prior art

At present there are various number of methods to store energy. In those few are described below They are

1. Battery charging

2. Spring charging

3. Air balloon

Battery charging

Electricity can be stored in batteries and can be used whenever it is required and this can be portable to other places too. But batteries have some limitations in terms of cost and storing of power as it depends on its capacity. Moreover charging of a battery is a slow process as it takes much time to recharge so we cannot store the power immediately when it is generated, so due to this the power generated is getting wasted. So with this battery charging method the storing electrical power is not effective.

The results with this method is not as expected.

Soring charging

Using this method we can store energy and this can be taken to any location and can be used same like battery.

But with this method storing of energy is limited and we can't store excess of power using this method. Air balloon/ compressed air energy:

Compressed air energy storage (CAES) is a way to store energy generated at one time for use at another time using compressed air.

When we generate power using this compressed air method, the pressure varies greatly while using a pressure vessel from. full to empty and this method has safety concerns but we can't store excess of power using this method.

Object of this invention

Th e above mentioned p roblems can be overcome by the present invention, which converts Ki netic Energy into mechanical energy.

In this method arrange a good rubber belt which is good elastic in nature. Now tie one end of rubber belt to a wheel such a way that, wheel can be rotated easily using any available energy sources like water flow or wind energy or electrical energy.

By using above energy source, wheel starts rotati ng at the same time if some load is applied on rubber belt while rolling to the wheel ' then we can store maximum energy in it.

As explained above, energy is stored in rubber belt in the form of mechanical energy which can be converted to electrical energy. If the wheel is connected to generator (a rmature), then mecha nical energy can be converted to electrical energy.

Statement of Invention

Take a rubber belt bu ndle and tie one end of rubber to a wheel and rotate a wheel such a way that rubber starts rolling to the wheel. Make a load point for rubber belt to apply load and arrange two wooden boards such a way that rubber passes through in the gap between them.

By using above set up, load can be applied (or increased/decreased) whenever it is needed. The same amount of force which is applied to rotate wheel can be applied on rubber belt in form of load so that maximum energy can be stored in the form of mechanical energy in rubber belt. Need to fasten other end of rubber belt to the same wheel so that energy can be stored in the rubber belt. One side stoppers can be used to make sure rubber belt is tightened.

Rubber belt rolling process

There are lot number of rubbers are available, but only few are good in elastic nature. Now take a small rubber which is good elastic in nature and tie one end of belt to something and tie another end of rubber also by applying some force to it.

Let us say rubber belt length initially = LI And after applying force a nd tying both ends length of rubber is now = L2

L2 > LI because rubber is stretched.

So rubber has same amount of energy which is applied to stretch. In this way energy can be stored in rubber belt and can be converted to another form of energy. This method is called as rubber belt process.

Take a long rubber belt and tie one end of rubber belt as described above. Make this arrangement in dam where excess of water flows, by using water's Kinetic energy, wheel starts rotating. Same amount of K.E of water will be applied on rubber as a load by using wooden boards. By making this set up rubber belt starts rolling/fasten to wheel with some load. Fasten other end of belt to the same wheel so that rubber rolls tightly to the wheel and energy stores in rubber belt.

Due to elastic nature of rubber, this energy can be used whenever it is required, take the other end of rubber belt and tie it to a wheel and wheel is connected to a generator so that mechanical energy in rubber belt will be converted to electrical energy.

By using stoppers for rubber belt we can ensure that energy waste will be very minimal.

Detailed Description of Invention

There are various number of Rivers available in India which flows every season. We are building dams on these rivers to store water to use it for agricultural, generating power and drinking purpose. Even though we are using water by storing in dams, still we are releasing water when dams are full (may be due to low capacity) especially in rai ny season.

This released water has some energy in it. This energy is equals to water's mass (m), velocity (v) and dam height (h). This energy can be stored without letting go waste.

Sometimes excess of power is generated in above cases mostly in rainy seasons and that power is not stored for future purposes.

By using above method ( Rubber belt process), the wastage of energy can be stored and reused in future. If excess of water is released from a dam, then this method can be used there to store kinetic energy of water into mechanical energy and later this energy can be converted to electrical energy whenever it is required.

In this method ta ke a long rubber belt which has good elastic in nature. Make arrangement for a wheel to rotate by using water flow. Now place an iron stand or RCC block where we get more energy from released water. And same way arrange two wooden blocks to apply load to it.

Place the same wheel (as above) to rotate using water flow to the iron stand. Arrange buckets or blades to the wheel so that.it can rotate easily with the flow of water. Now

connect a required length iron rod to the wheel.

Here we can use turbines (if existing already) instead of

wheel.

After completing the set up as described above, take one end of rubber belt and tie it to the rod which passes through the wooden blocks set up. Once wheel starts rotating due to flow of

water rubber belt also starts rolling to the rod/drum. If we can apply by using wooden blocks

(by tightening bolt and

nuts).

Applied load on rubber belt should be equals to energy which is received by wheel.

So rubber belts is rolled to the wheel with maximum amount of load and fasten the other end of rubber belt so that belt will not get loosen. This rolled rubber belt can be stored and reused to generate power by connecting to armature whenever it is required.

A Brief Description of the accompanying drawings

As shown in Figure no: 1, place a rotating bar on a stand which is easy to rotate. Take a long rubber belt and start rolling it to the rotating bar and leave other end of rubber belt freely.

Detailed description of the Invention with reference to Examples

In India there are lot number of dams are constructed on a River but with some limits, we use these stored water in dam for various purposes. But when rain water gets collected to dam and if da capacity is full then we release water from the dam. Sometime release water may be more than the stored water in dam.

For Example: Krishna River is one of the rivers whose water energy is harnessed to a large extent by various hydroelectric power stations in India. On this River if water flow is more than expected at Almatti Dam then water gets released to Jurala dam, Srisailam Dam and Nagarjuna sagar Dam. So when water is released from Almatti project the capacity of water is more than Almatti's capacity, but still we are releasing waster with cross gates without utilizing them to Jurala. If we can apply Storage of Energy using Rubber belt method at Almatti when water gets released, when can store energy in the form of mechanical energy. If we can apply same method on others dams like Jurala, Srisailam, Nagarjuna sagar we can store good amount of energy which can be reused later. In the same way we can use this method on other Rivers as well.

At the same time we generate more power in rainy season than required due to flow of- water, even this energy can be converted to Mechanical energy using above method.
