Abstract:
Provided is a straddled vehicle provided with a rear frame that has the largest possible opening, while still having ample rigidity, even in a state where there is no seat. A body 2 of a vehicle 1 is provided with a main frame 12 and a rear frame 20. The rear frame 20 comprises: a side wall section 30 that comprises a left side wall section 22 extending upward from a left end section of a bottom section 21, and a right side wall section 23 extending upward from a right end section of the bottom section 21, a rear section of the left side wall section 22 and a rear section of the right side wall section 23 approaching one another toward the rear and being linked at rear end sections thereof such that an opening 20a to be covered by a seat 7 is formed at the top; and a side wall deformation-suppressing unit for suppressing deformation of the side wall section. The bottom section 21, the side wall section 30, and the side wall deformation-suppressing section each contain a fiber-reinforced resin in which a resin has been reinforced with fibers.
