Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a straight stator excitation generator utilizing belt drive, comprising a generator mounting machine base; a machine body frame is fixedly connected at two sides of the upper surface of the generator mounting machine base; a first mounting base is fixedly connected at two sides of the outer surface of the machine body frame; a second mounting base is fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the first mounting base by means of bolts; a bearing base is fixedly connected to the outer side surface of the second mounting base; a rotation shaft is rotatably connected to the internal of the bearing base; a belt drive chain gear flange is fixedly connected at two sides of the outer surface of the rotation shaft; a chain gear disc is fixedly mounted to the outer surface of the belt drive chain gear flange by means of screws; and a chain is meshed with the outer surface of the chain gear disc. The straight stator excitation generator utilizing a belt drive solves the production technology difficulty of a multi-pole number low-rotation speed generator device, and enables more effective electric energy to be output with equal power.
